Since joining forces with her then boyfriend, Christian, in mid-2020, Katie has swiftly become an integral part of the back-end operations at Talavera Real Estate. Since her arrival, our team has experienced unprecedented success, marking the three most prosperous years in our history.

Katie earned her Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology as a student-athlete from UC Davis in 2018 and subsequently embarked on a career in virology laboratory science. As Christian's real estate business gained momentum and the need for reliable background operations arose, it became evident that having someone he could trust as his right hand was indispensable. Katie's background in meticulous laboratory work seamlessly translated into handling the behind-the-scenes tasks of Christian's real estate practice.

After surviving two years of working together, Christian and Katie got married in June 2022. They welcomed their first born (dog), Woody, in December 2022 and daughter, Josie Jay, in July 2024.

With a proficiency in all things tech and a natural inclination for order and organization, Katie consistently works towards optimizing and streamlining our processes. As a collaborative team player, she is enthusiastic about alleviating the burden of office work, allowing our realtors to concentrate on what matters most – our clients.
